Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for VPNBilling’s VPN Management Panel and related services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are only applicable to self-hosted licenses that have not been activated, downloaded, or used in any way.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Managed or hosted services
  • Activated, downloaded, or used licenses
  • Services that have been active for more than 7 days
  • Renewal payments and subscription fees

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team and include your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion based on the usage of the service, time elapsed, or operational costs already incurred.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination of all associated services. We strongly encourage users to contact us to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback.
